Payment Methods and Instructions for Online Registration:
ECU will charge exhibitors via direct debit or invoice. Please note that invoices will not be sent for credit card payments.
Completion and registration of payment details on the registration form confers the permission of your organisation to invoice or debit the full amount of charges you have committed to above. If you experience any problems with the billing or registration process please email cas@ecu.edu.au.
Payments/registrations via e-shop
Online payment is through ECU’s e-shop facility. You will automatically be directed to e-shop when you submit your online registration.
As a first time user of the e-shop, you will be required to register as a Customer within e-shop. You will need to provide your name, address, contact details, a valid email address and create a password. Please note down the password. You will be able to use your 'email address with password' for any future online registrations.
When in e-shop simply indicate whether or not you require additional internet access at the Careers and Employment Fair. The payment amount will be automatically calculated and you will be directed to the secure site for the submission of credit card details.
Online processing may take up to a minute so please be patient.
Following successful validation and approval of the transaction by the Bank, an Authorisation code will be generated and e-shop will display the 'Tax Invoice-Customer-Receipt'.
This will also be emailed to the email address you provided. You must print this and keep it as a proof of your registration and payment.
For step by step instructions on the e-shop payment process, please access document below.
Cancellation:
Please inform us in writing if you need to cancel your booking. A 50% refund will be made on all payments made up until the 10th of February, 2008. Unfortunately cancellations made after that date will forfeit the full fee.
